My nuthatch drawing is mounted and framed and makes a lovely gift for any nature lover or for yourself. The prints are created from one of my coloured pencil drawings that has been professionally photographed to ensure an excellent colour match with the original. It is printed on textured fine art paper and comes mounted and framed. The frame measurements are 5 inches square.
I’m inspired by British wildlife, particularly animals and birds that I see here in South Wales. I think nuthatches are an underrated bird so I wanted to draw one to show what beautiful plumage they have – from the striking blue-grey feathers on their back to the vibrant chestnut brown and white under their tail.
I use a local photographer and printer, Craig Duffy, who known for his attention to detail. This allows me to create the best product for my customers as well as supporting another local business.
