My mug and coaster set featuring a print of my goldfinch original coloured pencil drawing makes a lovely gift. It includes a 11oz ceramic mug and a 9cm square, glossy. hardback coaster.
I’m inspired by British wildlife, particularly animals and birds that I see here in South Wales. This goldfinch drawing was inspired the flocks of goldfinches we see in our garden. In the autumn they feed from the teasels and then move onto the bird feeders. They are special birds with their bright red heads and flashes of gold on the wings.
